Where It Began...
Night Nanny & Co was founded in Perth, Western Australia by an infant and sleep specialist who had decades of experience with in home care working alongside new parents.
After time and becoming a parent herself, realising how hard it can be to find support and feel comfortable with the support, Danielle noticed there was a real issue that new parents have with accessing valuable support and made it her mission to ensure it was easier for parents to find trusted support.
Starting as a small team of night nannies, given the name Night Nanny & Co, we connected with families and other carers and quickly expanded to other professionals and our goal became to cover all areas of infant care.
Since then, we have travelled interstate and overseas to connect with likeminded people and make our services accessible to parents worldwide.

As a mum of two and a qualified Newborn Care and Infant Sleep Specialist, I know first-hand the joys and exhaustion of those early weeks. When I'm not supporting families in their homes across Perth, I'm reflecting on how we can better care for new parents through this vulnerable transition.
While supporting families overnight, I saw a significant lack of support for new families. I knew things could be done better—with more warmth, more professionalism, and more genuine care. Night Nanny & Co was born from that vision: to ensure you never have to navigate the early weeks alone.
